Rule The Mall (RTM) is a gamified mobile loyalty application aims to create customer-brand interaction by directing customers to the shops in a shopping mall.
HOW IT WORKS?
RTM is a shopping mall management game working with a similar system to Zynga’s FarmVille. Mall manager user who rent the stores in physical location of shopping mall, try to keep the stores’ popularity high in order to increase the number of virtual customers. The more customer is the more income. By the virtual income user get the real rewards defined in RTM.
